Fishing guide and foreigner: an outlaw majority?
Whether we are in France or in the European Community, the requirement should be the same, it must be noted that this is not the case everywhere. In France, it is a regulated profession and as such, people who advertise themselves as instructors, guides, fishing companions must have at least the proof of their "right" to teach, supervise, animate and make equipment available for remuneration.
Mandatory parts for a French Fishing Guide Monitor
They are the minimum required to supervise and teach fishing in France for a fee:

Type in tiny or capitalized first and last names and if you do not find the person in this official directory of sports educators, it is because the person is not and therefore has not met the requirements that are to have the diploma, or honorability or physical condition and will therefore not be insured for the supervision and teaching of fishing as stipulated in the insurance code.
